As a member, you'll have access to a variety of programs designed to meet your swim experience, needs and interests. Our club provides a safe and supportive space where you can improve your swimming skills, achieve your fitness goals, and connect with others who share your passion for aquatic activities. DIA Swim Club is the home of Blue-Mindfulness Training for Adults and Teens.

Beginner - FUN!

If you're new to swimming, our Adult Learn to Swim program is excellent for building your confidence, increasing relaxation and having FUN in the water. Our experienced and certified coaches and instructors provide group and one-on-one instruction to help you feel comfortable, competent and safe. In addition, our Blue-Mindfulness Training approach includes mindfulness practices on land, with breath, and movement on land, which translates to specific skills in the water, reducing any anxiety and stress around water while increasing a sense of community, comfort and joy.

Intermediate - FIT!

For those looking to refine their technique, we offer Stroke Development drills that continue to focus on improving efficiency through dryland and in-water techniques from our Blue-Mindfulness Training collection (i.e., Qigong, Yoga, Pilates - Dryland Training for Swimmers) while increasing overall and swimming fitness, which adds to increasing speed in the water. And for experienced swimmers, our Competitive Swimming training is a great way to work on your speed, endurance, and race strategies.

Advanced - FANTASTIC!

But that's not all! We also offer Open Water Swim & Triathlon Training, including Blue-Mindfulness Training practices needed to help manage stress and anxiety during competitive swim training sessions. Plus, our Deep Water Running, Balance and Core Total Body Fitness Training programs are a great way to mix up your routine and build overall fitness, strength and endurance. Achievements made at this level generate a feeling of being Fantastic.

STEP 1.
Become A U.S. Masters Member

Annual Fee: $70

A U.S. Masters Swimming membership (USMS) is required prior to formally joining the Diversity In Aquatics Swim Masters Program or participating in workouts or clinics with the club. USMS offers a FREE one-time 30-day trial membership. This USMS trial Membership includes secondary personal accident insurance coverage.

Become a DIA Swim Member

Monthly Fee: $50
